BEAUTY in the BROKEN
A Story of Trauma, Truth and Healing
GiannaRose Monteleone, Author
Some stories ask to be whispered...
Others insist on being told.
This one does both.
BEAUTY in the BROKEN
A memoir for anyone who’s carried their story in silence. Honest, tender, and deeply human, Beauty in the Broken
follows the quiet courage it takes to face your past and choose your life. It’s a reminder that healing is possible, even when the wounds feel unseen.

This healing-centered free guide is an invitation to pause and understand why unhealed pain continues to spill into every facet of life— it meets readers where they are and offers a steady reminder: and you are worthy of healing, and hope.

GiannaRose Monteleone is an author and speaker whose work explores how unresolved trauma quietly shapes identity, relationships, and the spaces we live and work within.
Grounded in lived experience and evidence-based practice, her work is guided by a belief she shares often: people are not broken, they are healing.
GiannaRose brings language to experiences that are frequently carried in silence. Her speaking creates space for honest conversation, emotional clarity, and psychological safety, whether she is invited into an intimate gathering or a larger room.
She is available for speaking engagements and facilitated conversations with organizations, communities, and groups seeking depth, compassion, and meaningful connection.
I know what it feels like to move through the world carrying things no one can see. To function, to succeed, to keep going, while parts of you are still trying to make sense of what happened.
My life changed when I took responsibility for my own healing. Not because I had done anything wrong, but because unresolved trauma doesn’t stay contained. It spills into our relationships, our work, our bodies, and the way we see ourselves. It shows up as anxiety, anger, exhaustion, people-pleasing, perfectionism, shutdown, or shame. Often, it doesn’t look like trauma at all.
Healing taught me this: feelings are never wrong.
They are information. And it is never too late to heal.
I share my story not from a place of authority over others, but from lived experience. I know how lonely this path can feel. If you’ve ever wondered whether you waited too long, whether you’re too far gone, or whether healing is even possible, I want you to know this with certainty: it is.
WHAT I BELIEVE
I believe healing happens best in relationship,
not in isolation.
My work is grounded in compassion, honesty, and deep respect for the human experience. I don’t believe people need to be fixed. I believe they need to be understood, supported, and given language for what they’ve lived through.
Through my books, my podcast, my speaking, and community conversations, I help people understand how past experiences shape present patterns without judgment or blame. This work is not about reliving the past. It’s about reclaiming the present and creating a future that feels steadier, more connected, and more whole.
I see my role as a guide and a companion along the way, walking beside others as they make sense of their story at their own pace.courage, breath by breath.
Through writing, teaching, and facilitation, I help individuals and organizations understand trauma without being defined by it, creating space for resilience, connection, and meaningful change.

SURVIVOR • ADVOCATE • SPEAKER • AUTHOR
As a transformational speaker, my heart is centered on collective healing.I speak to communities, schools, churches, nonprofits, and organizations about trauma,
resilience, and the invisible wounds so many people carry quietly.
I am a Globally Certified Trauma Debriefing Facilitator, trained to support individuals and groups through difficult experiences in ways that promote safety, grounding, and emotional clarity.
My talks are not about motivation for the sake of inspiration. They are about truth, understanding, and relief. They create space for people to feel seen,
less alone, and more hopeful about what healing can look like.Whether through a keynote, a workshop, a podcast conversation, or a shared moment of reflection, my intention is always the same: to help bring out the best in people by meeting them where they are
with empathy, dignity, and hope.
